Cashbook Complete is an accounting program that centralizes all the work with your business financial management. With this software you can get the status of your economical situation in a professional way, but it does not necessarily mean that it has to be a hard work: the program is easy to use and has an user friendly interface with great customization possibilities.
There are many wizards that guide you with complex tasks like printing reports or several new features. For example the new bank statement feature. By using it you can import your bank statements from the Internet and the program automatically recovers all the transactions performed during the period. In addition, you can configure the program to perform repetitive transactions.
Another thing to remark is the possibility of customization of the invoice module, like swapping, adding or deleting columns with data like code, price, number, etc.
The software helps you managing every aspect in your business or home, like the contact data management.
At any moment you can know your financial situation through a nice graphical interface. It is also possible to entirely personalize your printing reports. |
